If i then try put the outro over the end of the video, it's suddenly going to be covered with a black background before the shutter comes down which ruins the effect. It's like VSDC can't export a transparent video. I can change the background colour and even when set to transparent it will show up as that colour in the exported file. I can set the background transparency to 0 to make it transparent in the editor (see image 5), but whenever I export it, I'm left with a black background.
